Take Five Minutes to Organize Your Brain

I’ve been trying out an online organization tool called Workflowy. I love it. I found this because I began using a paper system called the Bullet Journaling. Workflowy works well with the paper system (I’ll blog more about it soon). I still use Trello because I spent a few years creating Trello lists, but Workflowy is better for me for daily to-do lists. There is a free version and a paid version. Here a link that gets you 2x more free space.

Why Workflowy is Awesome in 24 Seconds

You can mark complete, export, share (via a link), duplicate, and delete any item by accessing a little menu by clicking on its bullet, or through keyboard shortcuts. Click on any item, and it opens to become the top level of the page, similar to opening folders and subfolders in most operating systems. A path at the top lets you back out. See the video below to get a better sense of Workflowy in action.

I added months, days, then my daily to-do list.
